The staff here are very professional and dedicated to their work. They work as a team and they don't argue over nonsense. They work very hard to meet the needs of their residents. Most nurses respect what their PSWs have to say. They are respectful towards private caregivers rather than treating them as competition.

My Dad moved into 3North about a month ago and I can’t speak highly enough about the care he has received to date. The welcoming atmosphere from the admin to the maintenance and cleaning staff to all the wonderful PSWs, Nurses, Social Workers, other staff and doctors. All wanting my Dad to be happy and accommodating his needs, and always asking if there is anything else they can do to make his stay more pleasurable. They made a conscious effort to know his likes, dislikes and interests when planning his activity time. Everything is very customized To each resident. We feel very lucky to have gotten accepted to this facility. The CareTO program is great and I hope it stays with so many programs to supporting seniors. I was very nervous having my dad go to a long Term Care facility, but I feel very confident my dad is getting the best care. Thank you Lakeshore Lodge Staff! ❤️
