DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR PARENTS/GRANDPARENTS/UNCLES/AUNTS HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEM. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY. I AM WARNING YOU. WE CAME HERE THINKING PRIVATE WOULD BE OF BETTER SERVICE AND CLASS BUT WE WERE COMPLETELY WRONG. THEY WILL MILK YOU FOR EVERY PENNY, GUILT YOU INTO NOT CARING FOR YOUR PARENTS, AND TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE DESPITE PAYING THOUSANDS. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

We visited the residence for our mother and were absolutely impressed by the warm welcome and courtesy of Ms. Carole St-Laurent. She answered all our questions. The place is impeccably clean and everything is accessible! Now all that's left is to find an available apartment. Thank you again for the excellent customer service. Well, months have passed and we've signed the lease for our mother! July 2024. This time, Ms. Evelyne Tremblay handled the rental application. This woman has incredible energy! Bravo to the whole team!
