My father has been waiting for a refund for many weeks... The residence is very good in terms of care and services. The staff is kind and very dedicated. Unfortunately, this is marred by opaque billing and a system that never responds... Check your bills carefully!!!

💬 👉During my stay, I experienced several difficult situations that affected my quality of life. I noticed recurring noise problems, repeated lack of hot water, insects on my floor, and sometimes contradictory or unclear information from management. Some situations made me feel uncomfortable, even intimidated, which made my experience more stressful than it should have been. I was also concerned about the cleanliness of some areas and the healthcare services. For these reasons, I would not recommend this facility.

I moved to Habitation Pelletier over a year ago. It's certainly peaceful, but I was pleasantly surprised; I feel so good here. The employees are kind and always there for us. We're really happy here; we're like a big, beautiful family. Habitation Pelletier is home, and home is where life is good.
