The view from the top-floor dining room is incredible at any time of day! You have a panoramic view of all of Montreal: Mount Royal, the Old Port, the Jacques-Cartier Bridge… Last July, I even got to watch the fireworks from there; it was a really lovely and lively moment with the residents. Location-wise, it's very well served with private access to the metro.

We had a terrible experience at this residence; I now understand why it's marked as closed on their website. The building is connected to Manoir Soleil, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from it. Aggressive and violent security. Dirty place near the metro station.

Property is not well maintained..elevators not working properly..furniture... chairs... etc look old..definitely need some remodeling.
