I can’t say enough wonderful things about Stittsville Villa and Manor. During a time when our family was facing big and emotional decisions for our mom, they truly made everything feel so much easier. From the moment we connected with Karen, we knew we were in the right place. Meeting with her was amazing—her energy, kindness, and genuine care immediately comes through. She has such a warm and reassuring way that put us completely at ease. The entire residence feels warm, welcoming, and comfortable—it felt like home. There’s a sense of ease and authenticity that’s hard to describe, but you feel it right away. Honestly, the whole experience has been so positive it almost feels too good to be true. We’re incredibly grateful to have found such a special place for our mom.

My father moved to Stittsville Villa in the spring of 2022 and settled in amazingly. I cannot say enough about the staff and how my father is treated. The environment is great and there is a real sense of community. No matter which staff member I talk to you know right away they know my dad. For me being the only sibling close by it gives me a real sense of relief that I know he is being kept safe and well.

We couldn’t be happier with the care and environment this residence has provided for my 92-year-old mother over the past three years. From the very beginning, it has truly felt like home for her — something that means everything to our family. Her room is lovely, spacious, and comfortable, giving her a sense of independence while still feeling supported. The activities offered are plentiful, engaging, and genuinely fun, and the live entertainment is always a highlight. The residence also does a wonderful job with celebrations, creating a vibrant and joyful atmosphere for everyone. One of the most special aspects is the strong sense of community. My mother has gotten to know so many fellow residents, forming meaningful friendships that have enriched her daily life. What truly sets this residence apart, however, is the staff. Every single team member — from the kitchen staff to the front desk, PSWs, event coordinators, cleaning team, maintenance, nursing, and management — is top-notch. They are compassionate, attentive, and consistently go above and beyond. We can’t say enough good things about this residence. It has brought comfort, joy, and peace of mind to our entire family, and we are incredibly grateful
