They list themselves as "low income" but their units aren't subsidized or below market at all. Yet I can't seem to get a response on why this is or how they consider themselves to be affordable housing at all.

We moved here one year ago and have been very pleased with the experience. It is a wonderful location on a major park and bike path, right behind Save On Foods. Lots of squirrels and rabbits outside the window to amuse our cats. As a life lease community it is a great alternative to buying a condo and the monthly fees of $950 per month are very reasonable.
