I have never heard of such negligence happening before! That poor elderly man that was left in your transport van for hours on a hot day. Why did it take so long to notify family that he did not return after his visit shortly after 3? Why wait until 10 to finally call someone and let them know? That's awful

So poorly managed that they actually lose track of patients for hours. Please don't let your elders live here--they are not safe.

You should only send loved ones here if you don't love them. They seem to have no issue leaving a wheelchair bound resident locked in a hot van for several hours. They should just be thankful he didnt die. Shameful.
