I called the store for multiple time they don’t want to talk when you want to explain they will hang up on up in 2 mins. So disrespectful and rude staff.

My Mom, Elizabeth Kontor, was lucky enough to get into this facility at the age of 91 where she spent 2 ½ years until she passed a year ago at the age of 94. The love and the care that she received from all the staff was wonderful. They were caring and attentive and they really looked after her throughout her stay. The place is clean, nice and bright, with big picture windows in the rooms, and lovely outdoor gardens. They have lots of various activities for the residents, and all are encouraged to participate. Six months after Mom passed, they had a memorial for everyone who passed within that period and all the family members who spoke about their loved one’s time at Malton Village had nothing but good to say about their experience, we all felt the same way. A great big thanks to all the wonderful caregivers who put their hearts and souls into looking after Mom and making her stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks for your selflessness and all that you do. With love and fond memories, Emesh Aube
