Some things need improvement, such as unanswered emails and voicemails. Recommend new elevator and rug cleaning. Review of tray service cost, which is very high as well as other services. Replacing individual milk cartons and juice boxes to go with jugs of mixed juices and large self serve milk jugs with plastic cups to cut costs is not a good change for residents that are not mobile and rely on "take to go" for in room snacks and breakfast options. Also, they have now limited menu to one option instead of two or a sandwich. Not a nutritious, when the option is a pizza or sandwich.

What a wonderful place to be! My papa stays here and I couldn't be more happy that he is content, comfortable and has wonderful friends in this community. The staff are incredibly caring and make sure to know everyone by name, listen to the stories and become part of the residents life. They also have any events and make the families feel welcome. I am so happy he is part of this community. Thank you

I cannot say enough good things about Meadowlands. I have a Therapy dog and volunteer at Meadowlands every week and from the very first moment I stepped inside I was astounded not only by the beautiful facilities but also the staff-everyone is so helpful, professional and caring. Long story short- I convinced my mother-in-law to have a look at Meadowlands as she was quite unhappy in her current retirement home. Shout out to Amanda, Rebecca and Dawn who not only answered all our questions but made my mother-in-law feel so welcome. She has now moved in and is happier than we've seen her in a long time. She loves the food, loves her new apartment, is making new friends and both she and her family are consistently impressed by how caring and helpful every single member of staff has been. Kudos to the staff at Meadowlands-I am certain my mother-in-law will be very happy here!!
