Looking for incompetence and scams? Hellview After dealing with months of paperwork redundancy, absolutely unprofessional, and utterly incompetent employees trying to admit a relative, ( who was "pre approved" by Hellview btw ), at hr 11, they explained they only deal in cash and mailable paper checks. ?!? What yr is this? And you couldn't have told us this before hr 11? And they don't take any e payment.. ?!? What about families who don't live next door? Then when we did the whole conveluted part 2 process, jumping though their hoops,paper checks in perpetuity etc anyhow. Then 2 days before our relative is being admitted, they send ( an email ironically ) that says, "nah, we decided not to take your relative" " we'd rather take somebody willing to spend more money " See.. the part they don't tell you is they nickel and dime the family for every penny. So at hr 11.5 you get ANOther set of forms..?!? If you don't sign up for a bunch of extra "services" for extra $ that goes to them, they review the form at hr 11.75, and take somebody else in favor if them spending more at the facility. I hope this place has to answer for their greed, dishonest scamming, and totally useless employees
