My Mom was a long-time resident at Memory & Company for 3 and a half years. She received the best care there. They definitely exceeded my expectations. My Mom found happiness there when I did not think it was possible. They understood her in a way that other facilities just can’t. Their staff is so caring and treated Mom like she was family. She lost her memory to Alzheimer’s but they filled her days up to her last day with joy and I will forever be grateful to them for that.

My mother spent the last 2 1/2 years of her life at Memory & Company in Oakville, Ontario. I am struggling to find the words to express our family’s experiences as my Mom made her path through dementia and other physical challenges. The staff at Memory & Company provided the best possible care and stimulation to enable my Mom to enjoy her days in the facility. Every day was full of exceptional care and grooming, amazing food and a wonderful program of activities to make every day special. It made it so comforting to know that she was loved and cared for every day. Thank you so much to all of you who made my Mom so happy into her 95th year of life.

My brother was accepted into Memory & Co. Oakville in Aug, 2025 after a disastrous experience in a large care facility. It is the best choice we could have made. When you enter Memory & Company you will be impressed by the bright, warm, clean , open friendly environment. Prior to admission he was properly assessed by competent staff and a flexible plan for care was created to accommodate his needs. He was supported through the adjustment phase by his excellent personal care team. From the beginning it proved to be a caring and welcoming place (to resident and family). There are a wide selection of fun activities geared at improving memory and cognition as well as physical fitness and residents are encouraged to participate at your own level of ability. Meals are designed to meet personal needs and the chef is skilled. Memory & Co. is a smaller facility, staff are well trained to meet the changing needs of their charges. Medical care (cognitive, preventative and related physical) plans are professionally managed by an exceptional Head Nurse and visiting physician. Without reservation, I recommend Memory & Company for respectful, friendly , professional care for your loved ones.
