Metcalfe Gardens provided our Mom with compassionate & professional care in her new home. They provided our family with incredible support, going above and beyond on a regular basis. All of us truly felt cared for and cared about. I have never met a kinder, more caring, more wonderful group of people in one place - including the director and management staff, the PSW'S, the nurses, the kitchen staff, the maitenance and housekeeping staff. Without exception they were all phenomenal. On the basis of a 5 star rating, I would honestly give them a 10. I highly recommend this amazing place.

My parents had had the pleasure of calling Metcalfe Gardens their home for their last few years, and I can confidently say it was a truly wonderful experience for them—and for our entire family. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcomed and supported. The office and reception team were always pleasant, professional, and eager to help with anything we needed. The care staff went above and beyond, treating my parents with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. It was clear they were more than just caregivers—they became like extended family. A special thank you to Rhonda Kaplanis, who was always available and willing to assist in any way possible. Her support and dedication made a world of difference and gave us tremendous peace of mind. We are so grateful for the love and care our parents received at Metcalfe Gardens. It's a place where seniors are truly valued and cared for.

Our Dad was a resident at Metcalfe Gardens for only a few months but in that short time residents and staff made him feel immediately at home. We had to find him a home somewhat urgently and Rhonda from the beginning was so kind and helpful. Dad had exceptional care from all staff. We are grateful he was able to spend his last few months in such a comfortable and caring atmosphere. We thank each and everyone of you at Metcalfe .
