Not impressed with this place. Every time I visit my friend the room smells like urine and feces. The floors are sticky..the bathroom seat is covered with feces also on the floor and on the bedsheets. Every visit I must clean the room and air out. This has been brought to the attention of management over and over again with no results. Lack of hygiene is despicable. I feel sorry that he is stuck here.

My aunt stayed here briefly. I was dismayed by the lack of knowledge, care by the staff and the administration. Here are some problems we encountered; - Wrong medication and dosage was given - Wrong size of catheter (20 instead of 16) was inserted, thus creating a hemorage. She was rushed to the hospital. - Cockroach infestation. They have put cockroach sticky traps, but the infestation remains. I highly do not recommend this retirement “care” home.
