This site is a scam / fraud. They will not cancel your auto-subscription. Also, all nanny profiles state 100% response rate. I must have messaged over 100 "nannies" with no response what so ever. I've tried cancelling through my online account, calling, and emailing. Nothing. How is this company still operating.

Like others here have mentioned I am now convinced this is a scam site. I paid the "premium" membership and had absolutely zero engagement with our ad. And I have received zero replies from the company to several requests I've made regarding the profile and finances. "Lisa" is a bot and there doesn't seem to be anyone else...

I wish I could give zero stars. We had such a bad experience with this site that I was 99% convinced it was a scam site. But it turns out apparently it’s real, they just have absolutely awful customer service (well, none actually), and one of the most glitchy/inconsistent websites I have ever been to. I sent several emails, and only received a few replies - none of them addressing the issues I had mentioned in my message. It seems like their customer service rep “Lisa” is a bot, because every time she would reply to me it was with something that had virtually nothing to do with the message I’d sent. E.g. “Hi, I can’t seem to post a profile pic, can you help me?” Reply: Hi! Have you tried emailing helpers in your area? It’s a great way to get things moving!” .......... 🥴 My husband and I have learned a $60 lesson - take my advice and find somewhere else for your sitter.
