Lovely place. Very friendly and loving staff. Front office always with a smile on their face. Lots of fun activities planned out for its residence as well.

My grandma was a resident at Norwood for 3 years. All the staff there provided exceptional care for my grandma. They were caring and genuine.

The CEO and Director of Care for this facility allowed substandard care of my stepfather while he was a resident there, misdiagnosing a serious bone infection as an I grown toenail. As a result my stepfather endured indescribable pain over the time he was a resident there and the infection resulted in the complete amputation of his leg , contributing to his death days later. When attempting to discuss this matter with Ms. Acuna- Delano I was repeatedly ignored and ultimately denied access to his medical records resulting in legal action and formal complaints being filed with the Ontario Ministry of Health.
