I have had the pleasure of working with Nurse Next Door, and I cannot speak highly enough of their exceptional service. From the very beginning, their office staff demonstrated professionalism, providing clear and thorough information about the services available and helping us navigate through our options. They were always prompt and attentive to our questions, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I can't thank you enough to not only the office staff, but also their field staff for all the care they provided to my grandma. NND is the only company that gives us the trust as my grandma always mentioned how good they are. Prior using NND, my grandma was always tearing and upset as the other care providers didn't help her for even a small request such as warm up her soup, or get her a cup of water as this task wasn't listed on their care plan. Until NND, I can see that her emotional and physical health has improved a lot! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality home care! 💟
