My parents moved to Oak Crossing Retirement Living in June of 2024 . The facility itself is a nice design and is well maintained. Both my parents settled in and became comfortable fairly quickly. The staff are attentive, accommodating and pleasant . My Dad has since passed away and the nurses and staff have been very supportive for my mother. The meals are good , I have eaten their myself on a number of occasions It is a big relief to me knowing that my mother is safe , treated with respect and well looked after . I would definitely recommend Oak Crossing Retirement Living

Nearly three months after my grandfather's passing, the public report has finally been released As expected, it confirms what we already knew — there were significant inaccuracies in the medical charts, critical care processes were not followed, and there was a clear failure in the standard of care provided at Oakcrossing Long-Term Care. Remember what they did! The Ministry of Long-Term Care has officially identified non-compliance, validating that the facility failed in its responsibilities-failures that ultimately cost my grandfather his life. We continue to engage in discussions with legal counsel while awaiting the full report. This marks the beginning of our pursuit of justice.

I really enjoyed my respite stay at Oakcrossing Retirement Living when recovering from my knee surgery. Although I could not fully participate in the activities due to my knee recovery I enjoyed the cozy room, tasty meals, and the chance to meet new people. The caring staff were always available to help, and with amenities like a walk in shower and nurse on site 24/7 it's the perfect place to recover. It was also a wonderful opportunity to take a break while knowing everything is taken care of! Thank you!
