Wai Kwan Manor is owned by Alberta Mortgage and Housing Corporation and managed by the Foundation. The Foundation organizes multiple weekly activities including Chinese Opera, Mah-Jong, Calligraphy, Karaoke, Tai Chi, English lessons, and Bingo.
