I had an i.v. Infusion here and the Nurse I saw during my first appointment was excellent. No issues at all. Very particular, knowledgeable and confident. The second time I came here I was attended by a Nurse who I thought must be experienced as she seemed older than the rest. She asked me if it went well the last time … n I said Yes! They started with the lowest dose n increased slowly so it went well. I don’t know why she figured that because it went well last time so she can put me to the highest dose at the very first go and within minutes I was crying to death. It was the most horrible experience of my life ever. I was crying that I’m gonna die pls help! It was that bad. I was sweating, feeling flushed to death and shocked. She rather blamed my cough but didn’t even once admit that it was by mistake n she should’ve started with a lower dose. I didn’t expect an apology but at least don’t blame it on a lil cough that a patient has which was just a very mild cough. However, it did not end up here, after some time i started experiencing rashes n itching on my arm and when I complained she started wiping my arm with a wet wipe and started cleaning the chair. She said u can’t get any reaction on your arm because any reaction that has to happen will only happen in the area surrounding the needle, in that lik diameter. She said the i.v. Is not going inside your arm its all going into the vein and the infusion continued till both my arms got rashes. I trusted her and thought maybe the liquid that got spilled. But, later on I found out that she was supposed to stop the infusion right away because that was a “reaction” but I wonder how these health care organizations hire such Nurses who Know Nothing! I had rashes all over my body n horrible joint pains. Please make sure that the staff is well qualified. “Thanks to the other Nurse (that sweet young girl)” who did my first i.v that she took over when i was crying out of pain and relived me because the other one at that time I realized seemed lost. Please hire qualified staff if you don’t want your patients to undergo such torturous situations because we r those poor souls who even fear the needle and this high dose treatment can just be too much for us !

I have been getting wound care treatments for a few weeks and the team here is AMAZING! Every nurse has been caring and great. They are always running on time and the front desk staff is very friendly.

I had my IV infusion there today and the Nurse named Sukh is really great, she explained everything and is very attentive. She noticed right away that I am starting to bruise on my left arm and notice staining and decided to transfer the IV on the right arm. Gave me cold compress for my left arm and stayed with me the whole time while checking up on me and how I am feeling… It is not my first time receiving IV infusion, and compared to my past experiences, the care I received today is really exceptional!
