Incompetence. Unprofessional. These words come to mind. If you ever have to deal with them, please don't assume they have any authority or expertise. I made that mistake, bad idea. Now that im back to myself again, I am so glad to have gone somewhere else. She suggested that if or when i do drink again, to do it in a 'classy' 'elegant' way.. WHAT?? Asking questions that are so unprofessional about my relationship with my family 'are you the loser in your house?' I laughed, and swiched topics. This is just from a few meetings before i went somewhere else. There is more that I dont want to mention, even today. When you call her out, she doesn't call back, but sends her manager to call me(not in therapy world, just administrative role. Meaning tomorrow they can have a job for a completely different feild and this is part of their resume. Their response, "your file was from 2 years ago". That doesn't justify anything. Please read this and understand that I feel for you if you are struggling to get back on track. Do not go to this place, there are people out there who genuinely care. You will not find it here. All the best to you! Claudia or something. Unbelievable.

Very very disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would. First off it’s very hard to reach someone all they do is transfer you. When you’re transferred the phone hangs up… it’s like they don’t care at all. Second the nurse was confused on what was going on, it’s like there was zero communication. When she finally came to our house she was unable to put in the IV then said she’d call a different nurse and left. We didn’t hear back for 5+ hours but she said someone would be back in 1 hour to give my boyfriend his dose. BECAUSE HE NEEDED THE DOSE ASAP. We were forced to go to the hospital because of this nurse’s negligence. She never once called us to let us know what was happening. Absolutely horrible experience overall.

While grateful I am also disappointed that I’m getting half or less of the hours I am supposed to be getting because of the shortage of staff at ILWR. Somethings Gotta give because I can’t do this anymore. They schedule me an hour instead of my usual time. …..and then they cut it back to 45 minutes I can’t have a bath in 45 minutes I’m sorry I have a brain injury I’ve had a stroke and I have a terrible scalp condition right now That is causing me excruciating pain like the back of my head is burnt I’ve had four biopsies what am I going to do in 45 minutes at 6 AM for god sake‘s and then the girl calls and she’s going to be 20 minutes late on my 45 minute call lol 😂. You can’t make this stuff up
