My mother in law just moved in to Orchard Terrace Retirement. Every one from the UCP to the ED has made this move and transition to the new chapter in her life as smooth as possible. Big thank you to Natalie (EES) and Lisa Paladino for going above and beyond! Also very grateful to the UCPs Ana Marie and Michael to keeping an eye on her and ensuring she is safe, happy and engaged! Thank you all!

My mother Margaret Hayes was there and she passed away there. Many of the staff members came in to see her in her last moments of her life. I can not overstate how amazing and compassionate the staff there are.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at the Orchard Terrace Retirement Home for over 4 years. Our family transitioned her to this retirement home after a tragic passing of a family member. From day one, my mother-in-law was welcomed with such care and compassion in a very safe and clean environment. The staff helped her transition to her new home at a very difficult time in her life. We came to refer to the staff as our Orchard Terrace Family. She enjoyed playing bingo and participating in the activities. We loved that it is a smaller facility as my mother-in-law had some mobility issues and was accommodated on the main floor close to dining room as she couldn’t use an elevator. We always found it comforting knowing she was in good hands when we couldn’t be there to assist her especially during the trying times during Covid. We made the right decision in having her reside at Orchard Terrace. We are so grateful beyond words to all of you our Orchard Terrace Family
