I had an amazing experience with the Ottawa home care company. Marie, the manager, is truly outstanding. She is incredibly kind, compassionate, and approachable, and she goes above and beyond to make sure both clients and staff feel supported and valued. Marie takes the time to listen, communicates clearly, and handles everything with such care and professionalism. It’s rare to come across a manager who is so genuinely invested in the well-being of everyone involved, and it really makes a difference. I am truly grateful for the care and leadership shown by Marie and her team. The PCAs are equally amazing. They are professional, patient, and extremely caring, always providing support with respect, warmth, and dignity. You can tell they are well-supported and appreciated, which reflects directly in the high quality of care they provide. Marie and the Ottawa Home Care team have demonstrated to our family that they are not only incredibly professional, but also that they are consistently able to provide compassionate care. They helped my parent though a very difficult period, and were able to connect with us in ways that still leave us feeling like they were part of our own family. Unlike the bigger companies in the Ottawa area, the OHC PSWs were always on time and always able to follow the right care instructions for consistent care day after day. Highly recommended! I would give them 6 stars out of 5 if I could!
