This company is to do laundry and give pills for my mother who is on a limited income. They lost her laundry and she has had no pants and other clothes for a week today. I have called and complained. She has still no compensation or clothes

Very unprofessional,coordinator are ignorant ,rude, uneducated, no respect for seniors, no manners , coordinator, do not manage staff properly.only good worker is case manager and O T nurse .they are very helpful . I wish AHS should watch them this company should shut down , or they should hire more peoples .and trained them well before send them them to client’s home .speech therapist also doing their job professionally. Big problems are people who are answering the phone and making their time sheets . It is hard to talk to the supervisor.they don’t know how to space between the visits . Some time 2 hours and sometime 8 hours , AHS please look into this matter please. Instead of comfort for the client they make them upset .all this I am writing for Calgary, I moved to Edmonton bcz of their bad services.
