Para med forgot they are there to assist the clients, not the other way around. I told them from the beginning that I needed a cleaner at a certain time and why. They did not accommodate the first week, so I had to cancel. They did the second week, then it was a battle every week to get them to accommodate me. I have never had to call and complain weekly for the same issue for the first month and 1/2 of a service before. Paramed are one of the worst services around. All the other services had someone come over and look at my place and discuss what needs to be done. Even the one one that said that they would disappoint me.

Horrible experience so far. Was supposed to have someone help my mom post surgery. So far Received 6 calls and every time new voice and new appointment time. Not a great experience so far. Not effective utilization of healthcare funds.

My mother had surgery and was told Paramed would come to help change her dressings and check on her after surgery. Not only did Paramed send the wrong supplies to the house, the nurse was several hours late. He asked a bunch of questions but never checked the surgical site or took my mother's temperature to check for fever or anything. He says he'll come back the next day once the right supplies are dropped off, but no-shows. He no-showed again yesterday as well. This is unacceptable.
