We have a resident of this place who has been waiting for 1.5 hours for someone to pick her up, to no avail. We called again 30mins ago, and they said someone was ‘on the way’. We asked if we could have a timeframe , and they said no, they’re ’on their way’. It is literally a 15 min walk from here to there. I would never, ever be ok with having a loved one stay there and receive this kind of ‘care’. Sad behaviour. Update: They didn’t show up at all, so we called her a cab. Gross
