There’s a woman working there who isn’t even a cca worker and she’s taking care of the elderly. I’ve called to complain about this and it went on a deaf ear. I will never put my loved ones there if they’re not professional enough to check credentials. Do better

My parents recently became residents at Parkland at the lakes, and through the whole process we have all been treated extremely well with the upmost kindness and respect from all the staff. The buildings and public areas are kept extremely clean, and are nicely decorated and very welcoming. The apartment is spacious and nicely appointed. We just couldn’t be happier for my parents and have tremendous peace of mind knowing that although they are living independently, there are people looking out for them and there's to offer support as needed. Most of the staff are already greeting my parents by name, and the fellow residents have all been very friendly and welcoming. I have to offer a huge compliment to both Maryann and Tammy, the lifestyles consultants. They have gone above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns and have treated my parents as though they were their own. Aside from the building, being a little on the warm side, I have nothing but positive to say. Thank you so much to Maryann and Tammy for being so truly wonderful.
