We have had terrific service from Vinti Ahlawat at Parkland West Bedford. In her role as Lifestyle Consultant she worked with us, coordinated and responded in a timely and professional manner. Her friendly personality makes the whole process so much easier. When you see her interact with residents it’s clearly appreciated by them as well. She’s gone out of her way to show us the exceptional lifestyle available at Parkland. We’ve come to feel very relaxed and confident in the care and surroundings our loved ones will experience there. She’s obviously a valuable employee that Parkland must be proud of.

My mother spent time in respite care in the summer of 2025. I live in Toronto, so not able to visit frequently. Jenni and her team took great care of mom and gave me peace of mind that she was in great hands during her recovery. The care for mom was second to none and highly recommended. A tribute to Parkland and Jenni.
