Strange residence! Keep walking!

In two years, this facility has had four directors. Many staff members have left. There's been no respect for the agreements made initially for my mother's basic comfort. Management is incapable of even remotely handling any problems or minor daily incidents. And that's just the beginning... and above all, I want to remain politically correct. Go elsewhere for your parents' sake!
