Peel Manor is a two-storey long-term care home located at 525 Main Street N. in Brampton with 177 beds. It is the oldest of the Region's five long-term care homes and has provided care and support to residents for more than 100 years.

Peel Manor, originally called the County of Peel House of Industry and Refuge, was built in 1898. In 1909, Peel and Halton Regions joined forces to run the home, and in 1952, the Region of Peel became its sole owner.
\n\nThe facility is a two-storey centre with a number of resident home areas, each with its own dining room. It features spacious hallways and numerous activity rooms.
Peel Manor has several beautiful enclosed gardens maintained by volunteers, with some areas adopted by residents' families. The gardens include raised planters for residents in wheelchairs who enjoy gardening in the summertime.

Peel Manor (Region of Peel owned) is the best there is. Professional, caring, clean, reliable, safe and compassionate care. Quality care. Both my parents each spent six years at Peel Manor. My Dad always felt he was staying in a pretty fine hotel with good food and even snacks before bed! The staff here are "angels on earth". Highly 1000 percent recommend.

Amazing staff and facilities. My wife came to Peel Manor in June 2024 with a neurological disease. She has received the best care I could find in the GTA. Staff, PSW's, Nurses, Doctors, all understand the progression of againg and have years of experience to deal with the patients. The long-term care facility was only completed in November 2024 and is state of the art.

This establishment has been the best in informative discussions about my loved one. My father has been given the best care and I’m always informed of their course of action. The staff that I have had the pleasure of dealing with have been the upmost supportive and professional people who I have ever encountered.
