Oakcrossing is bad treating my mom and me bad and my mom was upset and my autsim took over to stick up for my mom on floor 2 they did not help my mom out the door of her room they treat me bad I stick up for my mom as a son with special needs with autsim I was piss off and they are not being fair my moms going to floor 3

Me and my mom visited a loved one there today… I am beyond grateful and impressed with the PSWs nurses all staff members on second floor. There personal care and compassion goes above and beyond… Thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Will never consider this place for a loved one. Waiting for 40 mins to call an ambulance while a patient has an open head wound and bleeding. And this wasn’t the first fall they had either, where you neglected to notify the family of their first fall and fall risk procedures where suppose to be in place but ignored.
