A magnificent facility with an amazing caring staff. They were all fantastic but a very special thank you to Edwina. We had this as our fourth choice of facilities but I’m so glad my dad was accepted here. It’s definitely number one. Thank you Post Inn for taking care of my dad.

I have a very difficult and sick family member here. Their quality of life has increased so much, they are consistently happier and so is the family at home. A tough, but necessary decision for the betterment of people. I feel now I made the best choice possible. Thank you everyone at post inn, the true unsung heroes of society will always be the caretakers.

It has taken me a long time to write this review. My Dad moved to Post Inn in July 2020 and died in December 2020 after contracting Covid 19 in the home. Post Inn’s lack Covid policies with regards to staff led to my father’s death. They learned nothing from that outbreak as demonstrated by the virtual meeting they held to discuss their report of findings about the outbreak. To add insult to injury when we went to pick up my father’s belongings they were piled like garbage on top of his wheelchair at the front door of the home - no supervision, anyone could have taken his things. When we asked if we could have help loading up his manual wheelchair we were told no. When he moved in in July the staff were very eager to help move his items in - of course they were, we were about to sign up to pay them lots of money to care for him. Once he died they couldn’t care less. Post Inn Village and the Ford government are responsible for my Dad’s death, but have faced zero consequences.
