Carmela is on top of things and promptly responds to our calls. She took the time to come and visit my dad personally and being Italian, my dad felt very much at ease. The first caregiver they sent was a wonderful human being and although she was not Italian speaking but close (Spanish) my father slowly got very attached to her. We were very happy to have met her and wish her great success in her now medical field. I recommend Premier as they are efficient in replying and always present to our needs.

Carmella responded quickly when I reached out to get more info regarding home care for my parents. She met with us and was warm, kind and immediately put my parents at ease. Although my parents are not now at the point where they need home care, I will certainly get in touch with Premier Home Care, if ever there comes a time when they do require home care.

We were in a bind with my mother-in-law being discharged from the hospital so I called Premier Home Care and Carmela had us taken care of THE SAME NIGHT. She was outstanding and made the set up seamless. Highly recommend!
