Food, access to recreation, and level of staff have declined over the last few years. They just keep charging more and skimming where they can

This facility promotes itself as a place that treats the elderly like family, but the reality falls far short of that promise. Management repeatedly offers excuses while ongoing neglect of residents continues. Seniors deserve consistent, compassionate care, not apologies. Improvement is urgently needed—remember, this could one day be you or someone you love.

Its actually meant to be 0 stars. Absolutely horrible place. Someone stole my mom's jewelry, they kicked her out mid month and still charged her the $4500 for the next months rent cause she didn't give proper notice. Place is absolute joke
