We used Promyse Home Care for my mom's in-home medical alert system for several years. The service was excellent and the Promyse team were so wonderful to deal with. Michael was incredibly kind and patient. He is very responsive and truly cares about his clients. What a nice experience to work with a service provider that truly cares. 5 stars.

I had in home care while recovering from a hip replacement. Jacinto was a great help. Professional and friendly. She helped me navigate through the first days after a hip replacement. She helped me navigate the house, bathing and exercises. She helped with doing things around the house and made lunches for me. Overall a great experience.

PROMYSE Home Care came highly recommended by the seniors’ residence University Gates, and I’m grateful they did. I live a three-hour round trip from my uncle, and as his only family support, it was stressful not being able to be at the hospital every day. PROMYSE stepped in immediately—they responded to my call for help with remarkable speed and compassion, and had a caregiver in place with my uncle the very next day. Their professionalism, warmth, and reliability gave me enormous peace of mind during a difficult time. Knowing my uncle had company and support for several hours each day made all the difference. Thank you, PROMYSE—you truly kept your promise. I would recommend your services without hesitation.
