With my parents' declining health, I have found excellent caregiving and nursing support with Proof of Care. As the medical needs have been changing, Proof of Care has been able to add additional resources. Their Family Portal is an excellent web-based resource where the caregivers and nurses write up the tasks performed and note issues which the management and family need to be informed about. The managers also email to provide support with suggestions during a challenging time . I have met all of the caregivers and nurses involved with my parents' care and I am impressed with their calm and caring manner even when difficult situations arise. My thanks to the great team at Proof of Care.

I asked specifically for caregiver to get my husband up from the bed with ceiling lift. they sent 2 women who were NOT familiar with the basics, so I canceled service immediately. I was charged almost $500, I was unhappy to pay because I did not get what I requested, but I did not have a choice.
