The Qualicare Edmonton Northwest team have been amazing to me and my family. The care is wonderful, the way we are treated is fantastic ! I can leave my Dad knowing he is looked after when the Qualicare team is on site. The relief I feel knowing that someone is there to help and look after dad, feels like a gift and it makes me smile :) . Thank you team Qualicare for making this caregivers life easier; and for the authentic care and quality of service we have received. Its people like you that make a difference out there

Our family is truly grateful for Dana and her team. They’ve been warm, genuine, and incredibly supportive in how they’ve interacted with our family member. You can really see the connection forming between them, and it’s been such a comfort to know they actually care and take a real interest in who our loved one is as a person — not just a client. Their communication has been great, and I genuinely feel that Dana does her absolute best to troubleshoot when things come up. She’s thoughtful and practical, and always tries to find a solution when something unexpected happens ...which it often does. Given that we’re a small family, this support has meant a lot. They’ve helped us out in all kinds of ways, even when things haven’t gone quite as planned. I also really appreciate that they’ve been more than fair with billing and flexible when needed...that makes a big difference when you’re trying to juggle everything. We actually got their contact info from our family doctor, and I’m so glad we followed through. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Qualicare. They’ve been kind, dependable, and genuinely caring throughout. Highly recommend.

Dana and her staff have taken good care of my mom since day one. Before my mom moved into a seniors home, Dana ensured that her helpers were a good fit for my mom...invaluable as they provided a level of care and communication to meet her needs. We are still using Qualicare with our mom at a home and they are still super helpful. I'm glad we chose Qualicare...the service and level of attention has been top notch.
