Queenston Retirement Home is such a special place. From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, cozy, and like home. The staff are amazing—so kind, friendly, and truly caring. They treat my mom with so much love and respect, and it means the world to us. The whole place feels like a big family, and that makes all the difference. My uncle stayed at Queenston Retirement Home for a while, and we were really happy with how he was treated. The staff were kind, patient, and always made him feel comfortable. The place had a nice, homey feel, always super clean and it gave us real peace of mind knowing he was in good hands.
