Horrible place. The only thing important here is taking the thousands of dollars from seniors and not giving the services paid for. My dad was there from September 2021 to April 2022. They did not follow through on his dr’s requests for daily BP checks. And were inconsistent in sending health reports to the Dr. we were paying for this extra level of care and he was not getting it. Had he not fallen for the 3rd or 4th time and ended up in the Civic hospital, the Ravines would have killed him because they could not be bothered to check the side effects of the dementia medication he was on. My dad wasn’t able to eat or drink. He lost a ton of weight. I asked the director of care if his symptoms could be due to the medication and she said no. The hospital took my dad off that medication and the next day he was eating, was coherent and was asking for more food. He never went back to the Ravines. They had the nerve to ask me for the rent for May when I put a stop payment on it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My parents lived at the Ravines for the past 4 years. I can't say enough great things about the staff and the amazing care they take of your loved one. The memory care floor has staff that really care and they are so good at what they do they are like family. It's the caring people at the Ravines that make this place so special

My parents were residents of the Ravines Seniors' Suites and then the Retirement Residence from 2014 to 2021. The staff and management were caring, friendly and helpful. At times when my parents required additional assistance, staff was there to help and then followed-up to make sure that everything was okay. Sam Sourchi, the General Manager, is a skilled and proficient manager, who was able to resolve issues which at times felt impossible to resolve. The facilities are pleasant, clean and safe. This is definitely a nice place to live.
