We are very well. The people are very nice. The food is good. There are activities but there is a lack of staff. And sometimes they look stupid. Not sure I will stay in September, I have not been here for 6 months and I have been criticized a few times. For no reason because I do not leave my apartment for useful things. I stay at home and I have reached the point where I no longer order anything for fear of being told stupid things. I can't even imagine when it will become Cogir. To be continued

Disappointing experience at this place; all they care about is your money. The cleaning was a joke. They told us it was done with supporting signatures, but the signatures were forged. The person who supposedly signed the work order hadn't worked for them for two weeks. The former general manager, who still works for them at another Chartwell, took us and another resident to the rental board but never appeared in court because he had no case. That's Chartwell for you: they want your money, and they'll get it.
