My mother-in-law ended up on the floor in the entryway and received no help until passersby saw her. Not impressed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. You have such poor service at reception, yet you hang up on your customers? Unbelievable.

The Jazz Ste-Foy residence is very beautiful, however, you must be self-reliant, as the care unit is completely inadequate for the needs of people with cognitive impairment. There is no training, no personalized follow-up, and the caregivers and even the managers are unfamiliar with dementia. The tour and presentation in no way reflect the reality of the comfort unit. When our mother left, no one came to say goodbye or wish her well! Completely unacceptable!
