It's been almost a year now that my mother has been living in this residence. I've had the pleasure of speaking with the staff often. They are incredibly friendly, easy to reach, and they keep me informed promptly if anything is wrong. They react very quickly if they notice anything concerning her health. They shower her with affection, and the care is excellent. Her room and the common areas are well-maintained. The food always looks delicious. The owner is always present and very attentive. His little dog brings joy to the residence. Thank you, everyone! :)

My parents just moved into this residence with a lot of fear and apprehension. Thanks to the dedicated staff and owner Sébastien Godbout, their integration was a complete success. Congratulations to all the staff and management for this warm welcome. It comforts me to know that my parents are in the hands of people devoted to human well-being. Excellent residence. The staff is professional and attentive to the residents' needs. The support from the nurses is invaluable. Special mention to Serge, Mégane, Thalel, and the housekeeping staff. Thanks also to Mr. Godbout, the owner, for his kindness, flexibility, and openness. My father's health has been stable for the past few months thanks to the consistent services (care, medication administration, meals). Thank you!
