Ian Cababasay is the best manager I have ever seen. He is extremely kind, cooperative, and truly dedicated to providing the best care possible. He took the time to carefully coordinate and select the most suitable nurse for our patient, considering both the patient’s condition and specific needs. He specifically chose someone who was highly experienced with administering this particular injection, which is a rare medication that not many nurses are familiar with. His attention and commitment made a huge difference in our experience. Ian chose Rina Bhatia for us, and she is truly the best and most experienced nurse I have ever seen. She took the time to help reduce anxiety and made the entire process feel comfortable and reassuring. She is very skilled and knowledgeable, especially with administering injections that not all nurses are experienced with. Her technique was excellent, and it was clear that she has a great deal of expertise. Rina also performed a thorough assessment before and after the injection, which showed her professionalism and dedication to patient safety. She was incredibly kind and patient, and she took the time to answer all of our questions. She explained the entire process very thoroughly, which made us feel calm and confident. If I could, I would give 100 stars to Ian, Rina and their team. They are very accessible, supportive, and excellent at coordinating and organizing the entire process smoothly. Thank you very much Ian and Rina, you are both gems and wonderful healthcare professionals. I would highly recommend Right at Home Home Care Nova Scotia to anyone who needs professional and compassionate care at home in a supportive and comfortable environment.

Although we were not able to use the caregivers offered by Right At Home due to my husband’s death, certainly we found Ian to be helpful and considerate and understanding. His support was much appreciated at a very difficult and sad time and I have no hesitation in recommending Right At Home homecare.

Right at Home Home Care NS has been absolutely wonderful. Amy comes in weekly to help with my mom and now mom has a new best friend. She absolutely loves her and looks forward to her visits. I would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home! Karen, Halifax Nova Scotia.
