I highly recommend Right at Home. Right at Home has very qualified and compassionate care givers. The caregiver my mom has , is such wonderful, kind and caring person, she is patient with my mom, in all her states of mind.... Also, working with the owner of Right at who has been so enlightening and positive. She was so helpful and supportive during some very stressful times. I was given peace of mind. They also have privy to a wonderful technology called "Sensi". It is a Reutered plug in wall, that uses algorithms, to detect patterns in the home. Including bathroom frequency, stoves left on, if a person fall. This actually occurred in our case. One fall happened late at night, when I was alerted by the owner at Right at Home and also, the company of "Sensi". This alert had me look at our mom's in home camera's where I saw she had slipped of her bed and could not get up. We we alerted within 10 minutes of this happening. We able to help her quickly. There are so may more positive stories to relay. I definitely reccomend Right at Home. Isabel H.

Our father was discharged from Surrey Memorial Hospital, and Maureen from Right at Home Canada (Surrey) was part of the discharge planning. This was a big relief for our family. She asked the right questions and helped us understand everything. Coming home felt much easier because of her support. We now have a very kind and compassionate caregiver who is taking care of our father with respect and patience. This also gives our family some rest while dad is recovering. The team is very respectful of our faith and made sure our religious needs were accommodated, which means a lot to us. We almost never write Google reviews, but we felt we had to write this one so other families can find them. People should know about this team. This support has been a real game changer. We highly recommend Right at Home Surrey.

Absolutely exceptional service from everyone I’ve spoken with. Reena and Maureen have been amazing to work with and incredibly responsive, especially since we needed urgent care. The turnaround time was impressive and so appreciated. At one point Amanda from another office stepped in to help move things along, and she was wonderful as well. We were matched with Rhiddi for overnight care for my mom while she was in the hospital, and she has been a perfect fit. My mom has a lot of anxiety, and Rhiddi has been so kind, patient, and calming. When I returned, my mom had nothing but great things to say about her. As the primary caregiver, being able to step away knowing my mom is in such good hands has meant everything. The peace of mind this team provides is truly invaluable. We’re very happy to be continuing our care with Right at Home.
