Outstanding customer service, Heather went above and beyond to showing us around the retirement Center. Lovely staff. The pictures say it all.

Our dad spent 8 years at Rocky Ridge and he loved it. The activities, the entertainment, the meals, and especially the staff were exceptional. He was at home and very comfortable.We as a family felt at ease knowing he was in good hands.

Marjory took me and my Dad on a tour. The building and rooms are nice and bright. We went onto a balcony sitting area overlooking the courtyard. I can see both the courtyard and balcony sitting area being favorite places during the summer. There is a big barbeque in the courtyard and Marjory told us that they do lots of barbequing in the summer. The bistro / lounge looked comfortable and is used for celebrations like Saint Patrick’s Day. The Salon is a nice touch where my mom would be able to get a haircut without leaving the Rocky Ridge retirement community. The main dining room is setup very well for both the residents and workers. With tall ceiling and lots of windows this is a welcoming room. There is also a private dining room which we can reserve for a family dinner. There are lots of rooms and sitting areas on each floor. So you can get out of your room to go relax and read or do puzzles, crafts, sit beside a fireplace wherever you what to do. We saw two suites. A one bedroom suite and a one bedroom with a den suite. Both suites are very well laid out. It is great to have options on the different types and size of suites. Thank You Marjory for a great tour Ed
