Beautiful to look at, and big on promises. But communication with these folks is one-sided (they will send emails but not respond to yours) - they seem to be understaffed. Hope this is temporary. Food is good.

Stay far away from this place. It may be a brand new facility but the staff and specifically the manager is horrible. My mother was in this facility for a month. My husband and I went to see my mom and when we entered her room there was an incredible stench. We couldn't figure out what it was and thought that it may have been the garbage. I took my mom to the dining hall and went to find a nurse to ask her about how often my mom showered and that there was an incredible smell in her room. Realizing that my mom hadn't been recently showered and her nails were about an inch long and black I asked the nurse if we could shower her. At this point, we had been in the home for over 3 hours. When we went back to my mom's room, the nurse came in and asked me if I would like to help shower my mom and I said yes. My mom had been sitting in a dirty, feces filled diaper for that entire time which would have been for about 3 hours. The nurse and I washed my mom and before putting on my mom's diaper, she wheeled her back to the bed. Since my mom was incontinent, my mom had another accident which went all over her feet and on the floor. I helped the nurse put on her diaper and back in the bed. There was no hand soap in my mom's bathroom. I asked the nurse if she could please get some thing to wash our hand with and that I would be bringing hand soap. My mom's nails were black and long - I asked if they could be cut and the manager said that if I brought some nail clippers, they could do that. When I went back a week later my mom was wearing the same sweat pants that I had put on her and her blanket that we had brought from home was dirty and covered in something. The manager on the Memory care floor was rude and acted as if she didn't care. I am so disappointed in the care that was not provided for my mom.
