This company lacks attention to detail; gardens that need attention, outdoor furniture that needs painting and also inside a residence floors that don't get fixed in a timely manner. Seems to be staff problems as well, many chef changes and unhappy workers.

My wife has special needs with a service Dog. Elgin Falls has difficulty following Ontario Human Rights and is trying to add limitations to a service dog's access to venues. Our chef has difficulty preparing foods without nightshade vegetables that we can't tolerate.... I could go on.

Walking into a Signature Property you are always greeted graciously by welcoming concierge staff and directed professionally and appropriately. The residents are treated with the utmost respect and their privacy is paramount in all dealing. The Signature Vibe is positive, friendly and resident focused in all regards. Oh and the food! The food is unreal! Five star retirement dining. Book a tour. You will not be disappointed.
