If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you're smart, you won't send your loved one here. The negative reviews here are all correct. Some psw's are abusive towards family members and to other psws and staff too. Management though allows it to happen and they do nothing about it when it is reported. This place should be shut down as they just do not care about the people living here. Their bottom line comes first and foremost. Some management are bullies and bully their own staff. I have no doubt that people living here have died under their so called care. There is no oversight here. Staff do as they please. I've witnessed psws neglecting residents and belittling residents too. I've seen residents neglected as they are often alone and yelling out and no one comes to them. The home does not care about people. They care about making profits. That is all. My advice is to look someplace else to send your loved one as they will not receive the proper care here that is needed. Good luck.

My Father was at Silverthorne on the 3rd floor in the Meadow section. It is clean, the seniors are kept clean the food isn't the best but my dad gained weight, the girls are there to make sure they eat and if they need help they all pitch in to help feed them. I especially want to thank all the girls on the 7 to 3 shift for being so kind and wonderful, they made sure he was well taken care of. They have a difficult job and don't get paid well but they are just such a kind, caring, wonderful bunch. Love you all and thank you for all your caregiving.

I was verbally abused and harassed by a PSW taking care of my mother My mother has a bed sore which she has had since she has been there my mother was also goated by this PSW please if someone reads this I could certainly use some help in dealing with this this is not the first time I forgot to mention that PSW brought in the head nurse she never introduced herself I do not know I was shaking inside and worried that I would go down not one of them assisted me The head nurse walked away and laughed Here I was barely hanging on not one of them offered me a drink of water If I remember it was the way it was done my blood pressure was high And I felt very faint in this situation I was put in by this PSW That is why if there is anyone out there who can offer some kind of assistance it would be truly apppreciatedI love my mom very dearly however I do no know what to do My mother did say once win the lotto and get me out of here Saturday night she told me she wanted to go home to be with my dad, mom is avery timid and fraile individual she calls me when she needs help 2 and three times a night How do you think I feel PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
