The facility is clean and very well maintained, and the staff are compassionate and professional. I am confident that my friend is being exceedingly well cared for. If yesterday was any indication, my friend smiles, engages and is visibly happier than he has been in recent years. Facilities of this type are rarely perfect and rarely are visitors happy going in and out to make regular visits happen. The reality of residential medical service providers is that invariably they're full to capacity and understaffed. My hat goes off to the wonderful nurses and other staff who take care of our elderly and make the process of aging family and friends easier to accept knowing that they are being loved and are in good hands. Thank you!

They made a traumatic time even worse. Terrible care provided at end of life, the religious leader had to be told to leave the room. No one was quiet and when we asked to put up a sign to ask for quiet we were given weird looks. It’s taken years to write this review and I hope things have changed. Awful place, I can’t even drive past it anymore.

We were called to the Hospice as my mom's condition had deteriorated. We arrived very quickly and found my mom in distress, alone in her room. The nurse assigned to my mom was cold and uncaring, finally brought her some medication, and never said a word to us or my lovely mom. This is not comfort care. I am so happy we arrived to comfort my mom. I visited daily and the same nurse was not kind and not hospice material, in my opinion. Everyone else at the facility was very kind.
