Lots of challenges getting medication which created many challenges for Spectrum to deal with. We had several conversations with the Spectrum representative, Priyanshu, who was outstanding. His patience and understanding reacting to issues that were not of Spectrums making was impressive. His client focus enhances Spectrums reputation as he went out of his way to find a solution which worked perfectly. Very much appreciated!!

Had a very bad experience with Spectrum the nurses showed up at different hours other than what was scheduled, when they came in the physio dropped off a workout sheet to hand to a 85 year old for him to do. I just finished speaking to the area manager ensuring that the physio would be there at noon and they will work out with him for half hour, and track his progress, keep the same trainer. Well the following morning everything went back to normal, and if you ever called in , by the time you get to the right person you lose half your day because they won't give you there extension . Regardless, my tax dollars I was completely disappointed in the level of service that's given to the elderly by Spectrum Health Care

First time we are using Spectrum thru THP at home for my mother. I have no complaints as they call to schedule. I understand if they are done and leave early as there are not enough PSW’s. We are lucky to have a service that is Govt funded. If it was not for immigration we would not have PSW’s.🙏🏽. Nothing is perfect but appreciating what we have is a blessing❤️
