Our mother Maryanna has been fortunate to call St Norbert PCH her home for the past one year. The Director of Care, Kim, is very dedicated both to the staff and the clients, and does a wonderful job of managing the needs of both the clients and families, as well as the multiple staff members. We feel that the staff at all levels do such a wonderful job of ensuring that quality care is delivered, often under difficult situations. The quality of care is evident in the interactions between staff and the residents, and the staff always go out of their way to be welcoming to visitors. My Dad was here in 2008 so we were comfortable when my Mom was placed here in 2025. Communication from all the staff is amazing. I slight exaggeration but felt like they called me daily with updates of some sort. This by far is their best strength over other homes. Was always amazed how everyone knew her by name, not room number etc. My Mom was comfortable here, we were thrilled she was loved, fed and fresh.

Our family appreciated the exemplary care our father received during his stay at the St. Norbert Personal Care Home. We were awed by the professionalism of all the staff. There is nothing they haven’t seen in the care of the most vulnerable people in our lives. The care was very compassionate and kind, gentle, humour full and very tender at times. Our father appreciated being in the country with a lovely view of nature from his window; a fox, often deer, squirrels and birds and the beautiful spires of the church. He enjoyed the food. The meals were well planned and presented. White cloth table cloths!! The facility was well maintained. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the precautions taken to prevent communicable diseases. We have nothing but good to say.
